About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Universal Marketplace organization as Head of Marketplace. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of mobility and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the global 'Universal Marketplace' organization, driving strategic business goals and influencing purchasing decisions at the interface between workshop and distribution level.
  • Grow our registered workshop customer base, enter new countries, and optimize EBIT, ROI, and cash-flow of Marketplace.
  • Develop and execute a business plan and strategy to position ZF as an orchestrator of workshop digitalization and commerce.
  • Build, manage, and refine the global 'Universal Marketplace' business unit as a pioneer with clear USP, full-coverage listings, CX-optimized, and AI-driven digital products.
  • Monitor and improve business and financial performance of Marketplace, internationalize and scale Marketplace across several regions and countries.
Requirements
  • University degree, ideally MBA, or extensive experience in similar roles.
  • Strong leadership skills and proven experience in leading large teams to high performance in new and digital markets.
  • Proven track record of managing ventures and M&A's.
  • Expert knowledge and thought leadership in digital marketplace and e-Commerce.
  • Customer-centric attitude based on outside-in perspective and strong knowledge of automotive market, especially workshop aftermarket.
