About the Role

ZF Friedrichshafen is seeking a seasoned executive to lead our global marketplace organization as Head of Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth, optimize EBIT, ROI, and cash-flow of our marketplace.
  2. Lead a global team of professionals to build, manage, and refine our universal marketplace business unit.
  3. Represent the marketplace in public domain and within the ZF Group.
  4. Monitor and improve business and financial performance, internationalize and scale the marketplace across regions and countries.
  5. Plan and forecast marketplace performance based on advanced analytics and results monitoring.
  6. Build and lead a high-performing team with a growth and team-first mindset.
Requirements
  1. University degree, ideally MBA, or extensive experience in similar roles.
  2. Strong leadership skills, proven experience in leading large teams to high performance in new and digital markets.
  3. Expert knowledge and thought leadership in digital marketplace and e-commerce.
  4. Customer-centric attitude, strong knowledge of automotive market, especially workshop aftermarket.
  5. Highly analytical, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to build data-informed business strategies.
  6. Knowledge of automotive aftermarket and network in the aftermarket would be a plus.
  7. High influencing and impacting skills, ability to manage global organization.
