About the Role

Vistex, a global leader in Go-to-Market solutions, is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving proactive client management, and ensuring holistic customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Own overall relationship with assigned clients, drive strategic client management, and increase adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  2. Value Demonstration: Help demonstrate and drive the value delivered to our clients, ensuring they achieve their goals and objectives.
  3. Account Strategy: Establish relationships with stakeholders and across the customer organization, planning and driving ongoing account strategy.
  4. Goal Setting: Work with clients and internal resources to establish critical goals and key performance indicators, and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
  5. Client Engagement: Proactively manage assigned clients to enable success throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring best practices and methodologies that drive client engagement, business outcomes, and maintain renewal and retention rates.
  6. Strategic Advisor: Establish a trusted and strategic-advisor relationship with key clients, driving continued value of our products and services.
  7. Customer Needs: Understand and anticipate customer needs and goals, tracking customer progress and gathering feedback.
  8. Voice of the Customer: Lead Voice of the Customer initiatives in your region, gathering feedback and acting as an advocate for your client-base with internal Support, Sales, and Product teams.
  9. Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams on customer interactions and engagements.
  10. Cadence Calls: Conduct regularly scheduled cadence calls and business reviews with customers to discuss overall account health, including benchmarking, adoption trends, and best practices.
  11. New Business Growth: Drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference ability, working with Marketing to surface and celebrate our clients' success stories.
  12. Culture Development: Help foster a culture of strategic Customer Success within the team and throughout Vistex.
