Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Insights Analyst to join our team at Autodesk. As a Sales Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving sales success through data-driven insights and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Inside Sales and other sales teams to achieve sales targets for Autodesk territory customers.
  • Provide sales insights to Sales Leaders, presenting measurements, analyzing pipeline data, and making recommendations to the EMEA Inside Sales Director and sales leadership team.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, track account performance, and contribute to planning projects for optimizing the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence Tools (BI) and analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau CRM, and Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • Expertise in analyzing, designing, and implementing reports and dashboards.
  • Analytical, quantitative, and customer-centric orientation.
  • Comfort with providing data-driven guidance and recommendations.
  • Native-level proficiency in spoken and written English, additional European languages appreciated.
  • Proficiency with Business Intelligence Tools (BI) and analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau CRM, and Salesforce.
