We are looking for a Data Insights Analyst to join our Customer Journey Analytics Team, which plays a critical role in leveraging data to provide strategic insights and drive business decisions.

The Role

The Data Insights Analyst will be responsible for providing reports and ad-hoc analysis on customer data, including sales KPIs, market performance, campaign analysis, and channel and product performance. The successful candidate will analyze complex issues, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to drive business growth. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide regular reports and ad-hoc analysis on customer data to support business decisions
  • Analyze complex issues and develop recommendations to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support business intelligence
  • Communicate complex insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and other means
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders
  • Experience with data mining tools, such as SQL, Snowflake, or Power BI
  • International exposure or experience working with international teams
