Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Engineer to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with major commercial HVAC contractors, consultants, and OEMs in the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve regional sales objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and regional contractors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing ones.
  • Negotiate customer contracts and ensure a consistent and cohesive service.
  • Support new product launches and ensure CRM is used effectively.

Requirements:

  • Engineer's degree or equivalent experience with a commercial sales engineering background.
  • Proven record of success in business development and sales with a strong understanding of engineering and solution-oriented selling.
  • Commercial and results-driven with skills in managing key accounts and driving business growth.
