Regional Sales Manager

At Pandora Jewelry, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Seville. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue and building high-performing teams throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Store Managers and sales teams to achieve sales targets and store KPIs.
  • Coach and mentor Store Managers to deliver high standards of operational execution and customer experience.
  • Partner with HR, Retail ops, Training, and Merchandising to maximize potential in people, product, and sales.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with store teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Extensive retail background with experience in managing multiple stores within a leading fashion brand.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner with stakeholders and build strong relationships.
  • Ability to drive sales revenue and achieve business results in a fast-paced retail environment.
