Regional Sales Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Engineer to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with major commercial HVAC contractors, consultants, and OEMs in the region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve regional sales objectives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and regional contractors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads
- Negotiate customer contracts and agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Engineer's degree or equivalent experience with a commercial sales engineering background
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales
- Strong technical and business knowledge of the HVAC industry
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment
