Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Engineer to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with major commercial HVAC contractors, consultants, and OEMs in the region.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve regional sales objectives
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and regional contractors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads
  • Negotiate customer contracts and agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Engineer's degree or equivalent experience with a commercial sales engineering background
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Strong technical and business knowledge of the HVAC industry
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment
