As a Partner Manager at Pegasystems, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering mutually beneficial relationships between our organization and a portfolio of key partners. Your primary objective will be to drive programmatic partner engagement, focusing on solution development, sales training, sales strategy, tools, and promotional incentives designed to cultivate a self-sufficient channel scalable to support revenue goals.

In this role, you'll work closely with assigned partners to enhance their selling capabilities and align GTM sales strategies with our sales teams. You'll also develop and manage relationships with partners to sell the value of our joint Pega-partner value proposition to sales teams in your region or territory.

We're looking for an expert relationship builder who can develop strategic partnerships that generate mutually beneficial revenue for both our company and partners. As a thought leader in your industry, you understand the needs of customers embarking on their digital transformation journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing partner vertical solutions that drive sales for assigned partners and Pegasystems
  • Evangelizing key partners to our sales teams, helping them understand the value in selling with key partners
  • Creating partner profiles, highlighting key differentiators, use cases, and strengths for consumption by our sales teams
  • Aligning and coordinating Pegasystems resources necessary to help partners achieve success with their Pega practice

An estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
