About the Role:

As a Sales Support Lead at Empresa reconocida, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the excellent standards of customer support are met. Your responsibilities will include planning and managing customer support models, guidelines, and standards to achieve exceptional results.

You will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery processing to meet UPH targets, opening and closing stores autonomously, and organizing and coordinating Customer Support teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for stock management, updating communication both verbally and using business tools, and leading by example to maintain and protect brand integrity while resolving customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a Full Count and Complete Floor Set: Ensure that the store is fully stocked and ready for trading, and that all floor sets are complete and accurate.
  2. Partner with Floor Teams: Collaborate with the floor teams to identify planogram changes and implement them effectively.
  3. Review Live Inventory: Regularly review live inventory and complete stock level call-outs to ensure that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  4. Complete Commercial Walk Round: Conduct a commercial walk round to assess stock position and provide feedback to the team.
  5. Manage Delivery and Replenishment: Receive and receipt delivery, and manage iPod replenishment throughout the trading day.
  6. Manage H&S: Manage day-to-day H&S and rectify/escalate issues as needed.
  7. Lead by Example: Lead by example to maintain and protect brand integrity while resolving customer issues.
  8. Access and Interpret Business Reports: Access, read, and interpret key business reports to inform decision-making.
  9. Coach and Develop Team Members: Coach individuals and teams on SOP and customer support area procedures.
About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has previously worked in a retail supervisory position. You should be able to work autonomously, give proactive guidance in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and empower the team to put the consumer at the heart of what they do.

You should have excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, as well as the ability to adapt to and implement change. Additionally, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage, motivate, and influence others. A commitment to your own continuous development and supporting others is also essential.
