Job Summary
TravelPerk is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Team Lead to join our Sales team. As a Sales Development Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) by providing leadership guidance and support to a team of up to 10 SDRs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of up to 10 Sales Development Representatives and engage with them to ensure continued success in target achievement.
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with the team to review progress and provide feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to SDRs to help them improve their sales skills and achieve their targets.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of SDRs.
- Work closely with other teams, such as Marketing and Product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in a sales leadership or management role, preferably in a SaaS or tech-related industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership or management.
- Strong understanding of the sales development process and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
