Sales Development Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Team Lead to join our team at Signaturit Group. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving international growth and expanding our customer base.
As a Sales Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales development representatives (SDRs) and business development representatives (BDRs) in generating qualified leads and developing pipeline opportunities for our sales team.
You will work closely with our revenue operations team to ensure effective management of SDR/BDR activity and collaborate with our marketing team to refine lead qualification strategies and improve conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of SDRs and BDRs in generating qualified leads and developing pipeline opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive international growth and expand our customer base
- Collaborate with our revenue operations team to ensure effective management of SDR/BDR activity
- Work closely with our marketing team to refine lead qualification strategies and improve conversion rates
- Manage alignment between inbound and outbound teams to optimize prospecting strategies and maximize results
- Strong business acumen and process-driven mindset
- Experience in sales leadership and team management
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Apollo (a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
