We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative Team Lead to join our Sales team.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) by providing leadership, guidance, and support.

You will work closely with the SDR Manager to develop and execute strategies that contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of up to 10 Sales Development Representatives and engage with them to ensure continued success in target achievement.
  • Setup monthly development objectives for the team and review employees' performance.
  • Coach and mentor a world-class cross-functional team, focusing on constant skill development.
  • Identify individual and team training needs and onboard and train new salespeople.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of our products to confidently provide mentorship for your SDR team.
Requirements
  • Experience in an outbound sales or business development or lead generation role, ideally within SaaS or tech-related industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Previous experience in a leadership, management, or coaching role.
  • Strong understanding of the sales development process, from lead generation to opportunity creation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and solution-driven attitude.
  • Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides).
