About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative Lead to join our Spanish organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales objectives and contributing to the generation of qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of SDRs and BDRs, providing coaching and development opportunities to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging Salesforce to monitor team performance and track activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead qualification strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Generate leads for the sales team through direct prospecting activities and managing inbound leads.
  • Manage alignment between inbound and outbound teams to optimize prospecting strategies and maximize results.
Requirements
  • Strong business acumen and process-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and experience in sales development.
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
