Primary Responsibilities:Sales Acquisition Process
  1. Support sales teams on quotation and preparing customer proposals for selected accounts.
  2. Engage with origins and destinations offices, as well as with procurement and tender management for selected accounts.
  3. Support sales teams with completion of RFI and RFQs as needed for selected accounts.
  4. Communicate with product, transport, and country departments on customer's quoting needs for selected accounts.
  5. Support sales teams on administrative processes to facilitate sales processes for selected accounts.
  6. Work with sales and operations teams to develop Standard Operating Procedures for selected accounts.
  7. Coordinate with customers as required.
  8. Support new account implementation during the Hypercare period.
  9. Drive operational excellence in the regional account assigned to meet customer's KPIs.
  10. Ensure client rate cards are maintained up to date as needed.
  11. Additional projects as required.
Sales & Market Development Process
  1. Update, analyze, and distribute the weekly pipeline report.
  2. Create a new customer portfolio by identifying new leads via cold calling, using lead generation tools, and research and analysis.
  3. Manage and support sales and marketing specific campaigns and projects.
  4. Organize and manage the marketing and promotion repository.
  5. Assist with preparation of sales and marketing related reports upon request.
  6. Lead management: consolidate all leads from workshops, seminars, phone inquiries, and web and allocate appropriately to the respective sales personnel to follow-up.
  7. Additional projects as required.
Lifesciences Inventory & Supplier Management
  1. Manage temperature loggers and passive materials inventory.
  2. Work with local stations on local transport suppliers lists.
  3. Additional projects as required.
Job Requirements:Qualifications & Education:
  1. Minimum five years of experience in the logistics industry.
  2. Knowledge in the LSH sector is an advantage.
  3. Strong knowledge of international and domestic logistics.
  4. Self-starter, able to multi-task, strong communications skills, strong coordination skills.
  5. Strong presentation skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication.
  6. Ability to effectively network and influence prospects from senior to executive level.
  7. Strong negotiation skills.
  8. Excellent interpersonal and people management skills, as well as ability to work well with various cultures.
  9. High degree of integrity.
  10. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
  11. Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
