We're seeking an ambitious, bold, and collaborative Sales Team Lead to help us build a world-class sales organization for the EMEA Mid-Market and Enterprise space in Barcelona.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a Quota-Achieving Sales Team: Develop, motivate, and lead a high-performing sales team of 4-8 Account Executives based in Barcelona.
  2. Collaborate with Team Members: Support your team members in building effective territory sales plans based on account-based selling and a multi-touch engagement strategy.
  3. Coach and Mentor: Coach your team members to conduct effective discovery meetings, live demos, and craft customer-centric solutions that drive business outcomes.
  4. Shadow and Support: Shadow Account Executives on discovery, recommendation, and closing calls to provide continued mentorship and support throughout the deal-cycle.
  5. Hold Regular Meetings: Hold weekly business reviews, 1:1s, coaching sessions, and team meetings to foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.
  6. Accurate Forecasting: Accurately forecast your team's performance against target to your leadership team.
  7. Hire and Train: Hire talented new team members and train them on sales strategy, processes, and best practices for business growth.
  8. Drive Business Growth: Make a positive impact on Preply Business by collaborating with your sales leadership to recommend new ideas, strategies, and processes that accelerate business across EMEA.
  9. Develop Country Footprint: Develop Preply Business's footprint in specific countries.
  10. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with peers and cross-functional teams throughout the Preply business ecosystem (sales development, marketing, product, customer success, etc).
