About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at papernest. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales executives to drive sales growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Lead a High-Performing Sales Team: You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team that can drive sales growth and revenue generation.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: You will develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Recruit, Train, and Manage Sales Executives: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales executives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: You will monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any issues.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
About You
  • 3-4 Years of Sales Experience: You have 3-4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Team Management Experience: You have experience managing a team of sales executives, with a strong track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective solutions.
  • International Experience: You have international experience, with a strong understanding of global sales markets and cultures.
  • Fluent English Language Skills: You are fluent in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
