About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team of inbound sales agents across various European regions. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of 8 multilingual agents to convert qualified leads into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and coach a multilingual team of 8 inbound sales agents to achieve sales targets and improve team performance.
  2. Manage the complete sales process, including pipeline management, outbound follow-ups, and sales strategy development.
  3. Engage in diverse training and coaching sessions to enhance team performance and drive results.
  4. Conduct daily and weekly team meetings, including performance reviews and strategy sessions.
  5. Monitor and understand team performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to optimize sales performance.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a sales team, with a track record of meeting or exceeding team targets.
  2. Proven expertise in high-volume, transactional sales and pipeline management.
  3. Strong coaching and training skills with a focus on driving results and performance improvement.
  4. Business-level fluency in Spanish and English.
  5. Quick learner with the ability to become an expert in our technical product.
  6. Background in the travel tech industry is advantageous but not essential.
  7. Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a sales team towards achieving goals.
