Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional commercial support to our sales organization, ensuring seamless customer interactions and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interface: The Sales Support Specialist will be the primary point of contact for a defined set of customers, providing timely and efficient support to ensure a best-in-class commercial experience.
- Opportunity Creation: The candidate will utilize our CRM system to create opportunities, call reports, samples, technical documents, quotes, and other relevant materials to drive sales growth.
- Account Management: The Sales Support Specialist will work closely with account managers to ensure customer information is up-to-date and opportunities are properly managed.
- Pricing and Quotes: The candidate will enter pricing requests into our CRM system and issue price quotes to customers, following up to ensure acceptance or rejection.
- Annual Price Letters: The Sales Support Specialist will support the sales and finance teams in preparing, issuing, and tracking annual price letters.
- Customer Care: The candidate will serve as a sales link to our customer care team in Naas, ensuring full knowledge of customer issues and actions.
- Order Processing: The Sales Support Specialist will ensure that customer orders are properly processed and passed to the customer care team for fulfillment.
- Strategic Accounts: The candidate will provide sales support for defined strategic accounts and work closely with account managers to drive sales growth.
- Presentations and Site Visits: The Sales Support Specialist will support account managers on customer presentations and site visits, as well as provide ad-hoc sales support as required.
Requirements:
- Project Management: The successful candidate will possess strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Cross-Functional Experience: The candidate will have previous experience working cross-functionally, particularly with sales, RDA, and customer care teams.
- Communication and Presentation: The Sales Support Specialist will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Language Skills: English and French are mandatory, with strong proficiency in both languages.
- Technical Skills: The candidate will have strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with SAP is an asset.
- Planning and Organization: The Sales Support Specialist will have good planning and organizational skills, with a strong focus on rigorous execution and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: The candidate will possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
