**Job Summary**
As a Sales Support Specialist at Salomon, you will play a crucial role in providing data-driven insights to our sales and marketing teams. Your primary objective will be to analyze and interpret complex data from our information system, including internal billing and customer order data, as well as sales data provided by customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Weekly creation and update of reports for the sales and marketing teams
- Analysis and processing of billing, customer order, and sales data to identify significant trends and patterns
- Creation of detailed reports and analysis to inform sales team decisions
- Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and provide relevant information
- Management of customer database and data integrity
- Provision of high-quality reports to sales teams in a timely manner
- Weekly follow-up of orderbook to ensure timely delivery and coordination with CSR
- Calculation of agents' commissions
**Requirements:**
- Minimum + years' experience in a similar role with a focus on building reports to support sales teams
- Experience working with SAP information systems
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Expertise in handling confidential information
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to anticipate, solve problems, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, such as Excel, Power BI, and data visualization software
- Effective communication skills to present findings and recommendations to various audiences
- Detail-oriented and able to work autonomously
- Well-organized to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams and levels within the organization
