Job Title: Project Manager for Plan and Schedule Production

Job Summary:

Airbus Operations SL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager for Plan and Schedule Production to join our team. As a key member of our production planning and scheduling team, you will be responsible for coordinating the Plan and Schedule Production process community, ensuring seamless execution of production plans, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Coordination: Coordinate the Plan and Schedule Production process community, ensuring alignment and effective communication among team members.
  • Process Performance Indicators: Automate and update process performance indicators for all sites, providing real-time insights into production performance.
  • Documentation and Training: Support the process owner in documentation updates and training creation, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Analytical Tool Decommissioning: Collect local requirements on analytics tool capabilities from Spanish sites and handover to the central project lead, ensuring a smooth transition to new tools.
  • Deploy New Capabilities: Deploy new analytical tool capabilities in Spanish sites, ensuring that all team members have access to the latest tools and features.
