Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Project Manager to oversee power conversion projects, enhancing our team in Madrid (Getafe).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of client projects within our Power Conversion division, focusing on railway and industrial applications.
  • Coordinate and manage all project-related tasks, ensuring effective team collaboration.
  • Guarantee timely material delivery in alignment with customer contracts, maintaining standards of quality, cost, and performance.
  • Facilitate Factory Acceptance Tests for Transformer-Power converter systems.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Project management certification is advantageous.
  • Proven experience as a project manager in the electrical sector, particularly in power conversion, renewable energy, or power distribution.
  • Experience managing complex or large-scale projects.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of fostering teamwork.
  • Strong analytical skills to navigate complex project scenarios.
  • Flexibility to adapt to client schedules.
  • Robust technical knowledge of Power Electronics and associated technologies.
  • Understanding of contract management and legal terminology.
