About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and well-experienced Sales Professional to help us increase the sales of Medium Voltage Drive Systems across Europe. As a Global Sales Specialist, you will collaborate with our Backend team and be a direct link between them and our Local Sales Units and end customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead regional market development activities for our Variable Speed Drive Systems offering through various stages of customer interactions.
- Oversee and actively drive collaboration with local frontend and backend teams for the preparation of winning technical and commercial offers.
- Lead local customer interaction for the offering and contribute to international capture teams.
- Secure support from internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to win long-cycle projects.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project sales or business development.
- Technical background with sound knowledge of Medium Voltage Drive systems, Large Motors & applications.
- Good knowledge of special features, customers, and supply chains across relevant fields.
- University degree in Engineering, further education in Business Administration or Project Management, or similar experience.
- Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
