Job Title: Global Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) Specialist to join our dynamic international sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify leads, initiate sales conversations, and support the overall sales process.
  • Identify and research potential leads using various sources, including LinkedIn, Zoominfo, company websites, and other platforms.
  • Work closely with the research team to identify and prioritize prospects who align with our ICPs and have a higher likelihood of converting.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand prospects' needs, challenges, and decision-making processes, and qualify leads based on defined criteria and a set of questions.
  • Launch campaigns to contact key decision makers and decision influencers through various channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and personalized messages.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects by providing relevant and valuable information about our services, and understand their key challenges and future projects to address their business needs.
  • Be a trusted member of the GoGlobal team, aligning with Marketing and working closely with the International Sales Team to provide support in achieving team goals.
Requirements:
  • 1.5-2 years of experience in a client-facing role (online or phone call) as a BDR / SDR / Sales support or similar sales-related role.
  • Highly motivated, tenacious, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn for lead generation and relationship building.
  • Familiarity with alternative outreach methods, such as video and audio messaging, to effectively engage prospects.
  • Very good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and experience in data management.
