We are seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Specialist to join our team at Glovo. As a key member of our Mobility department, you will play a crucial role in shaping our global mobility programs and ensuring seamless employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global mobility strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Provide expert advice on immigration and relocation policies to HRBPs, recruiters, and business leaders.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with mobility policies and processes.
  • Track and analyze relocation requests, providing monthly reports to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and execute relocation and home finding cases, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
  • Manage Highly Qualified Professional processes in Spain and international work permit applications.
  • Proactively manage vendor performance to improve new hires and employee experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with country and local laws.
  • Manage one team member.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in global or regional mobility and immigration.
  • Knowledge of global mobility and immigration intricacies.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and support to stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate complex issues and provide detailed solutions.
  • Empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude.
  • Willingness to thrive in dynamic environments.
