Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Mobility Specialist to join our People and Culture team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing expatriations, impatriations, and relocation procedures, ensuring seamless transitions for our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out expatriations and impatriations, monitoring taxes and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Prepare contracts and payrolls for employees in different countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage immigration procedures, visas, and work permits, ensuring smooth onboarding and compliance.
- Coordinate relocation packages, including administrative procedures and support in finding services.
- Collaborate with immigration consultants to ensure compliance and best practices.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in labor relations, international trade, and public relations. Your profile should include:
- Relevant degree studies, with a focus on labor relations, international trade, and public relations.
- 2-3 years of experience in similar positions, with a proven track record of success.
- Advanced user of MS Office, particularly Excel, with strong analytical skills.
- Minimum First or Advanced English level, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- High cultural sensitivity and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
