Sales Engineer Industry Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer Industry to join our team at AAF/Dinair. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving innovative solutions in the industry sector.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent sales skills, with the ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical sales area. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential, with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve commercial targets in the Industry segment for whole Iberia area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their demands and wishes.
- Drive efficiency by effectively developing and executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and increasing revenue from existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain AAF's indirect and direct sales channels through the establishment of strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria, and targets.
- Act as an advisor on technical matters, expanding AAF's relationship with the market by selling air filtration solutions and helping customers find the most appropriate solution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enlarge sales footprint and market awareness.
- Act as a product champion, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally.
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience in technical sales for products that require a deep understanding and explanation.
- Ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical sales area.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages.
- Experience with MS Office tools and Salesforce.
- A background in mechanical engineering or a similar business degree.
- A proven track record of success in selling high-added-value products, including experience in pricing, negotiations, and account management.
