About the Role:

In this exciting opportunity, you will be the driving force behind our assigned air filter product groups. As a Sales Engineer Industry, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales accounts and clients, as well as executing short- and long-term commercial targets in the Industry segment for the whole Iberia area.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer relations: initiate and build relations with customers, taking into account their demands and wishes.
Driving Efficiency: develop and execute sales plans, achieve sales targets, and increase revenue of existing accounts.
Develop sales channels: professionally develop AAF's indirect direct sales channels through strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria, and targets.
Advisor in technical matters: expand AAF relationship with the market by selling air filtration solutions, advising customers on technical matters, and helping to find the most appropriate solution.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of sales experience in technical sales for products requiring a deep understanding and explanation.
Ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical sales area.
Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages.
Experience with MS Office tools and Salesforce.
