About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our Commercial Planning and Activation team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing trade spend across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Design and manage promotional activities to drive sales volume and enhance brand visibility
  • Ensure the right mix of products is available to meet consumer demand and maximize shelf space efficiency
  • Optimize trade spend to ensure investments in retailer partnerships and in-store promotions deliver the best possible return on investment
Requirements
  • University Bachelor degree, ideally complemented with a Postgraduate Degree in Business School
  • FMCG required experience, with a strong background in commercial functional areas (Sales, Trade, Category Planning, RGM and/or Marketing)
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to visualize the future of the business and anticipate situations
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to structure projects or situations
  • Expertise on RGM tools and demonstrated experience working with RGM methodology and tools
  • High level of Spanish and English language proficiency
  • User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Team leadership and strong influencing skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to make decisions in complex situations
  • Results-oriented
