About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Alliances Business Development Lead for Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our service signings and revenue through strategic partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work proactively with partners and Kyndryl to identify and create new opportunities.
  • Build and manage business plans with strategic partners, address requests and issues, and oversee contractual and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with practices and partners to deploy new services, addressing the needs of existing and new clients within the partner ecosystem.
  • Coordinate with practices and partners on certifications and training needs to meet required certification levels and enable services with specific technologies.
  • Support Kyndryl teams with necessary presales assistance and manage timely purchase orders, working with partners to meet delivery commitments.
  • Manage financial performance with partners, track rebates and benefits obtained, and control and forecast hyperscaler costs.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and business development.
  • Ability to establish a network of contacts within industries, discuss multi-alliance collaboration, cloud technologies, and trends.
  • Outstanding client management and relationship skills, and ability to impact and influence stakeholders.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.
  • Sales experience in technical solutions.
