Alliances Business Development Lead

The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to lead growth and revenue generation through strategic partnerships. As a key part of our team, you will play an integral role in Kyndryl's growth story. Your responsibilities will include:
Business Development- Work proactively with partners and Kyndryl to identify and create new opportunities.
- Continuously explore the market for new alliances, incorporating both market leaders and emerging companies.
- Build and manage business plans with strategic partners, address requests and issues, and oversee contractual and operational requirements.
- Control partnership performance against agreed KPIs.
- Collaborate with practices and partners to deploy new services, addressing the needs of existing and new clients within the partner ecosystem.
- Coordinate with practices and partners on certifications and training needs to meet required certification levels and enable services with specific technologies.
- Support Kyndryl teams with necessary presales assistance and manage timely purchase orders, working with partners to meet delivery commitments.
- Manage required tools for ordering and deal registration.
- Manage financial performance with partners, track rebates and benefits obtained, and control and forecast hyperscaler costs.
