Alliances Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Alliances Business Development Lead to join our team at Kyndryl España, S.A.U. in Spain and Portugal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our service signings and revenue through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Collaborate with partners and Kyndryl to identify and create new opportunities for growth and revenue generation.
- Alliance Management: Build and manage business plans with strategic partners, address requests and issues, and oversee contractual and operational requirements.
- Practice & Client Alignment: Work with practices and partners to deploy new services, addressing the needs of existing and new clients within the partner ecosystem.
- Talent & Training: Coordinate with practices and partners on certifications and training needs to meet required certification levels and enable services with specific technologies.
- Configuration and Order: Support Kyndryl teams with necessary presales assistance and manage timely purchase orders, working with partners to meet delivery commitments.
- Finance & Billing: Manage financial performance with partners, track rebates and benefits obtained, and control and forecast hyperscaler costs.
- Experience in sales and business development.
- Ability to establish a network of contacts within industries, discuss multi-alliance collaboration, cloud technologies, and trends.
- Outstanding client management and relationship skills, and ability to impact and influence stakeholders.
