We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our multicultural team at Iqvia Argentina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining databases with new products and changes in the Benelux countries' markets, ensuring the quality of the data.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of Dutch/Flemish and English, with valuable experience maintaining and updating databases. You will work closely with local offices to identify and correct inaccurate data, delete data, or add new entries to make the reference files more complete.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update reference databases with new products and changes in the Benelux countries' markets.
  • Classify products, standardize and group data following the company hierarchies and business rules.
  • Identify required changes to the existing reference file.
  • Work together with local offices to identify and correct inaccurate data.
  • Maintain documentation of processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High level of Dutch/Flemish and mandatory high-level English.
  • Valuable experience maintaining and updating databases.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Highly organized with experience of working accurately to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
