The RoleWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Director who will be key in shaping our recruitment strategy. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment efforts across Tech, Product, Data, and Digital Marketing teams.
You will focus on upskilling your team in critical competencies related to their roles, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to excel in their daily responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring their continuous growth and high performance in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored to your scope's specific challenges while proactively maintaining a strong talent pipeline to anticipate future needs.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, align recruitment efforts with business goals and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a top-notch candidate experience, particularly for those who reach interview stages, to reflect papernest's values and attract top talent.
- Tie sourcing targets and recruitment goals directly to the company's key performance indicators, strategically contributing to long-term organisational growth.
- Strengthen the company's employer brand by increasing its visibility in key sourcing channels, ensuring papernest's reputation attracts diverse, high-quality candidates.
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, managing a team of at least two recruiters.
Strong ability to inspire, guide, and develop a recruitment team, ensuring collaboration and high performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, allowing you to act as a trusted strategic partner for hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
What We OfferA competitive salary ranging from €75,000 to €90,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
