Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and develop a team of recruiters. Your primary objective will be to maintain a continuous pipeline of high-quality candidates, even in high-pressure contexts. You will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and work closely with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 2-3 recruiters, ensuring their growth and high performance in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.

  • Sourcing Strategy: Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored to your scope's specific challenges while maintaining a strong talent pipeline to anticipate future needs.

  • Strategic Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, align recruitment efforts with business goals, and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a top-notch candidate experience, particularly for those who reach interview stages, to reflect Papernest's values and attract top talent.

  • Business Alignment: Tie sourcing targets and recruitment goals directly to the company's key performance indicators, strategically contributing to long-term organisational growth.

  • Employer Branding: Strengthen the company's employer brand by increasing its visibility in key sourcing channels, ensuring Papernest's reputation attracts diverse, high-quality candidates.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive compensation, generous holidays, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
