Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Analytics Specialist to join our team. As an HRIS expert, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our HR systems, including SAP Success Factors. Your primary goal will be to lead the definition and implementation of system-related projects, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and data analysis tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain SAP Success Factors, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Lead the integration of Success Factors with other Systems, including Employee Database and JIRA Software.
  • Create and maintain HR dashboards using HRIS and other data analysis tools, providing insights to support business decisions.
  • Develop user guides and documentation for HRIS processes, ensuring effective communication with HR users.
  • Provide support and training to HR users on HRIS functionalities and reporting tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems or similar.
  • Proven experience working with HR systems (SAP Success Factors preferred).
  • Strong Data Analysis Skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Proven experience working with databases.
  • Experience creating dashboards in data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI preferred).
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-Starter and proactively looking for improvements.
  • Ability to lead projects and coordinate different teams.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • French or Italian will be a plus.
