Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Service Engineer UPS to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to service calls in a professional manner and perform all work in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Read, understand, and comply with all procedures outlined in the Field Procedure Manual.
  • Ensure spare parts are properly accounted for and maintain accurate records.
  • Keep the Dispatching Team informed of your schedule and the status of all open jobs.
  • Submit weekly paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Attend customer meetings as required and be a reference point for key customers in case of emergency and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with the department supervisor to assist with day-to-day operational duties.

Requirements

  • Secondary school diploma or University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in technical service area working in a service or test environment of UPS equipment.
  • Computer Literate and Valid Driving License.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to effectively plan, organize, and manage time.
