Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Engineer to join our team at Schneider Electric Global. As a key member of our international projects team, you will be responsible for leading and performing Factory Acceptance Tests, installations, and start-ups of PreFab modular data centers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects between 400k to 60M USD, with a focus on electrical, cooling, control, and monitoring installations systems. You will work 90% in our factory and 10% on customer facilities, delivering projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and perform Factory Acceptance Tests and Site Acceptance Tests
Develop and manage project configuration and start-up in our factory
Develop FAT and SAT scripts
Manage and witness installation and start-up on customer sites
Verify performance of projects before shipment
Support Service Department

About You

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer with 3-5 years of experience working on electrical equipment and systems. You should have a strong background in electrical engineering, with knowledge of power electrical distribution, 3-phase, single-phase, AC-DC schematics, switchgear operation, and installation experience.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer
Electrical Engineer studies or equivalent
Experience with electrical measurements instruments and data capture
BMS/Control Systems knowledge
PLC's knowledge valuable
Experience travelling and working abroad valuable
