Overview

Vans is seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate Lead to join our team. As a Sales Associate Lead, you will play a key role in maximizing store sales and achieving store sales goals.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. You will be responsible for monitoring sales progress and results against key targets, leading an environment of productivity by engaging with customers on the sales floor and providing coaching and feedback to associates, ensuring excellence in customer service in the store, and monitoring customer feedback and addressing customer concerns.

Knowledge and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent education, and a minimum of one year of related experience. You should also have knowledge of standardized rules, procedures, and operations within a specialized or technical field, and be able to apply problem-solving skills to select the best option from a set of defined procedures/solutions.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and national averages.
