We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to fill the position of Polish-speaking Publisher Sales Associate in our Madrid office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strengthening our market presence in Poland by acquiring and building relationships with publishers.

The ideal candidate should possess native-level Polish language skills, advanced English proficiency, and a passion for sales and achieving goals. A commercial mindset, keen eye for detail, and ability to work independently are also essential qualities for this role. With at least one year of sales experience, particularly in cold calling, face-to-face meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach, you will be well-equipped to succeed in this position.

As a Sales Associate, you will be working closely with our technical, sales, and operational teams to lead the publisher acquisition process in the market. Your responsibilities will include maintaining our CRM tool, updating information about leads and customer interactions, and meeting monthly KPIs and targets. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to network and establish strong relationships with both potential and existing customers.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 per annum, with additional commissions and bonuses to increase your earnings quickly. You can also expect a comprehensive benefits package, including 25 vacation days per year, new equipment, annual team retreats, weekly Friday afternoons off, private health insurance with a discount, and remote work policy (25 days per year).
