About the Role

We are seeking a Global Sales Development Associate to manage inbound sales inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and close sales. The ideal candidate will have strong phone and email communication skills and a proven ability to move leads through the sales funnel. This role also includes handling customer service issues requiring a higher level of finesse and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Field inbound sales inquiries through phone, email, and RFQs, qualifying and prioritizing leads.
  • Sales Process: Assist customers in selecting the right products, creating delivery plans, and closing sales, including taking payments.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer service issues requiring high-level communication skills.
  • Enterprise Sales: As you gain experience, work towards developing new enterprise customer relationships and expanding sales channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in over-the-phone and email sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of responsiveness.
  • Self-motivated and able to learn quickly.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $44,000 - $60,000, based on industry standards and location. In addition, we offer 20 days of paid time off (PTO) and 10 company holidays per year.
