Your Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in Spain as a Railway Industry Growth Manager. As part of this key position, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in international markets, focusing on innovative solutions and services for the railway sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international railway markets to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners in the railway industry to foster long-term business growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape specific to the railway sector.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share in the railway industry.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure our offerings meet the needs of international clients.
  • Presentation and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our railway solutions and services. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on progress and market insights.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, promote our brand, and stay updated on industry developments.

Requirements

  • Education: Engineering degree (preferably electrical/electronic engineering or similar).
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales and business development within the railway industry or similar sectors.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is between €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
