About the Role
Sécheron Hasler Group is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth in our international railway market. As an International Sales Professional, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners in the railway industry.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape specific to the railway sector.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure our offerings meet the needs of international clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for the company while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on progress and market insights.
Requirements
- Engineering degree (preferably electrical/electronic engineering or similar).
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the railway industry or similar sectors.
- Strong understanding of global railway markets, technologies, and regulatory environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
- English native speaker or at least C1.
- Spanish and other languages are a plus.
