Global Talent Acquisition Strategist

As a Global Talent Acquisition Lead at Roboyo, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's corporate strategy and growth plans. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior leadership and executive roles, as well as niche positions globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy that drives growth and efficiency in our talent acquisition processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and ensure the timely availability of high-quality talent.
- Develop strategic workforce plans to meet short and long-term organizational goals using data analytics and reporting skills.
- Lead and manage the recruitment process for senior leadership and executive roles, as well as niche positions globally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a focus on global talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of market trends and industry best practices in talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
