Global Talent Acquisition Strategist

As the Global Talent Acquisition Strategist at Roboyo GmbH, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's corporate strategy and growth plans. This role requires a strong understanding of the IT consulting and professional services industry, as well as experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies in diverse international markets.
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy that meets the company's short- and long-term organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and business leaders to forecast hiring needs and ensure the timely availability of high-quality talent.
- Develop strategic workforce plans using data analytics and reporting skills.
Executive Search
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for senior leadership and executive roles, as well as niche positions globally.
- Partner with business leaders to define role requirements and relevant assessment criteria to secure top-tier talent.
Subject Matter Expertise, Advisory & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and HR leaders, providing expert guidance on innovative talent acquisition trends and best practices.
- Coordinate with HRBPs and business leaders across all regions and functions to ensure the consistent and high-quality application of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to ensure seamless and collaborative recruitment processes.
Employer Branding, Talent Attraction & University Relations
- Enhance Roboyo GmbH's global employer brand to attract diverse and top-tier talent through innovative recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Leverage social media, career fairs, and other channels to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Implement DEI initiatives within talent acquisition practices globally.
Systems, Reporting & Process Excellence
- Continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Introduce innovative technologies, tools, and methodologies to streamline global recruitment efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in global talent acquisition within the IT consulting or professional services industry.
- Experience in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies in diverse international markets.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational goals into effective hiring strategies.
