Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process for renewal and new sales, working closely with our sales teams to support sales cycles and business objectives. You will also act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end process for renewal and new sales, including coordination with sales teams and customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Work closely with sales teams to support sales cycles and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with technical staff to resolve Portal access problems and license installation issues.
  • Support account administration activities, including completion of supplier Corporate Data forms and preparation of License and ASC changes.
  • Provide sales support to all levels of sales, including administrative support for reconciling actual revenues to forecast and plan.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 18 months of experience in a sales operations, sales support, finance or legal support role, customer service environment or similar position in a corporate setting.
  • Associate degree (two year program) in business or accounting or related field.
  • Strong teamwork and customer service oriented skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and handle confidential information.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and Quote to Cash scenarios, including Quotation preparation.
  • Organizational and detail-oriented skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What We Offer

Ansys offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
