Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand our customer base.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Technical Service, and Logistics, to ensure seamless product delivery and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials, including product literature, sales sheets, and presentations.
  • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other industry events to promote our products and build relationships with customers and partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the IVD industry, with a strong understanding of medical devices and diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong technical knowledge of medical devices and diagnostics, with the ability to provide technical support and training to customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
