Job Overview

The Sales Application Specialist Acute Care Diagnostics (SAS ACDx) is a key role that combines sales and technical responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and solutions, while also ensuring the technical status of the instrumentation park, reagent stocks, and IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and commercial targets established by the Company.
  • Provide application support and technical advice to customers.
  • Encourage cross-selling by providing product information and introducing cost/efficiency balanced tailored techniques.
  • Present our products and concepts to institutions, end-user groups, clinicians, and expert groups.
  • Create a network of trust within the organization and organize field visits.
  • Coordinate instrument installations and perform product and service demonstrations.
  • Maintain the training level of our users' analyzers and reagents and manage appropriate documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the KAM and Business Unit in managing opportunities and risks.
  • Monitor service levels offered by different departments of the Company to reduce the risk of complaints.
  • Provide troubleshooting for technical inquiries and resolve product incidents at a technical level.
  • Manage tenders and provide first-level technical support to customer accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
  • Experience in IVD industry is desirable. Basic training or experience with Blood Gas is a plus.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Hemostasis or experience as a nurse or sales rep in ICU or Operating Room is a plus.
