About the Position

The Sales Application Specialist Biotechnology (SAS Biotech) is a key figure in our organization, responsible for promoting and selling our products and solutions while ensuring technical support and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and commercial targets established by the company.
  • Provide application support and technical advice to customers.
  • Support laboratory organization improvement by offering tailored solutions.
  • Encourage cross-selling by providing product information and introducing cost-effective techniques.
  • Present our products and concepts to institutions, end-user groups, clinicians, and expert groups.
  • Create a network of trust within the organization and coordinate field visits.
  • Coordinate instrument installations and product demonstrations.
  • Manage user training and documentation.
  • Work with the KAM and Business Unit to manage opportunities and risks.
  • Provide troubleshooting and incident management.
  • Manage tender processes and ensure compliance with ethical codes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related discipline.
  • Experience in Clinical Areas such as Pathology, Hematology, and Genetics is desirable.
  • Knowledge in Oncology, Cytogenetics, and Oncological Markers is valuable.
  • Training or experience in Real Time PCR and NGS technology is a plus.
  • Experience in the Oncology field or IVD market is favorably considered.
