## Job Title: Sales Application Specialist

## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Application Specialist to join our team at Werfen. As a Sales Application Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and solutions while providing technical support to customers.

## Key Responsibilities

* Achieve sales and commercial targets established by the Company
* Provide application support to customers
* Support laboratory organization improvement through technical advice and solution offerings
* Encourage cross-selling by providing product information and introducing cost/efficiency balanced tailored techniques
* Present products and concepts to institutions, end-user groups, clinicians, and expert groups
* Create a network of trust within the organization and organize field visits with colleagues
* Coordinate instrument installations interacting with various departments (Logistics, Technical Service, Marketing...) and perform product and service demonstrations
* Maintain training levels of user instruments and reagents and manage appropriate documentation
* Collaborate with the KAM and Business Unit in managing opportunities and risks
* Monitor the service level offered by different departments to reduce the risk of complaints
* Provide troubleshooting for technical inquiries
* Resolve product incidents at a technical level in coordination with HelpLine, Technical Service, and Product Managers
* Manage tenders (specification and profitability analysis, documentation preparation, litigation support)

## Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related discipline
* Experience in Clinical Areas such as Pathology, Hematology, and Genetics is desirable
* Knowledge in Oncology, Cytogenetics, and Oncological Markers will be considered
* Experience in Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) technique is highly valuable
* Training or experience in Real-Time PCR and NGS technology is a plus
* Experience in the Oncology field (or IVD market) will be favorably considered
